How to use

1To use, remove the tip of the douche and fill the pump bulb completely with lukewarm water to avoid introducing air into the rectum.
2Reattach the tip and apply a water-based lubricant to the anus for comfortable insertion.
3Gently insert the tip and squeeze the bulb to pump the water inside. Hold the water for approximately two minutes before releasing it into the toilet.
4Repeat the process until the water runs clear.

Cleaning, hygiene & storage
