How to use

1Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to one of the balls before gentle vaginal insertion. Ensure the retrieval cord remains outside the body at all times.
2For best results, start by wearing the balls for 5 to 10 minutes during daily activities such as brushing your teeth or showering. Gradually increase usage to 15–20 minutes as comfort allows.
3Once you feel comfortable with a specific weight, progress to the next heavier ball in the set to continue building strength.
4Focus on steady breathing and alternating between contraction and relaxation intervals during use.

Cleaning, hygiene & storage

Clean the balls before and after every use with warm water and mild soap or a dedicated toy cleaner.
Ensure the product is completely dry before storage.
Store in a clean, dry place, preferably in a soft toy bag to protect the silicone from dust and external influences.
Do not use alcohol, silicone-based cleaners, petrol, or acetone, as these can damage the material.
Not suitable for washing machines or dishwashers.
